Sorry to hear things didn't work out with your purchase! But we've got you - we offer free return and exchange service!

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days! To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them, all tags must be attached and the items must be in their original packaging.

Be conscious when ordering. Returns are bad for the environment and put a big strain on independent brands. If you are not sure about the size, fit or anything else, we would love to help! Just drop us a line at info@blondegonerogue.com and we’ll get back to you shortly!

Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for orders in the UK, US and Europe. You can exchange an item within 30 days of receiving it. Start your exchange here.

Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it within 5 business days and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Don't worry - the only time we'd reject a return is if the item has been worn. 
Upon approval, your refund will be issued straight away to your original method of payment. Please have in mind that we will refund you the full price of the item you are returning but not the shipping fee, if there was a shipping fee.

Late or missing refunds
Where's the money? Ah, we're sorry to hear you're still waiting for your refund! Have you checked with your credit card company and/or your bank? If they couldn't help you, please contact us at info@blondegonerogue.com.
