The silhouettes of our designs vary - some are slim-fitting, others are oversized. This is why some of our styles have different measures and it's really important to check our size guides and find the right size for you before your purchase.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard worldwide shipping, exchanges & returns! All orders are shipped with courier service with a tracking number.
Do you offer express shipping?
You'd like to get your order extra fast? Possible! Just select the Express Shipping option at check out. Additional charges apply.
How quickly can I expect my order to arrive?
We usually dispatch orders within 1-2 calendar days of the order.
Once the order is dispatched, you can expect the below delivery times. Please note that due to the increased volume and reduced capacity at distribution centres due to COVID-19 some shipments might take longer than the standard times mentioned below.

How do I track my order?
You should have received a tracking link and a tracking code shortly after placing your order. You didn't receive the email or something is wrong? Contact us or shoot us a message at shipping@blondegonerogue.com and we'll tackle the problem immediately!

If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can still change or cancel it. Hurry up and contact us at shipping@blondegonerogue.com and we'll help you.
Our return policy lasts 100 days! That's a good amount of time to think about it and be lazy about shipping it back, isn't it? ;) You just need to make sure that your item is unused, all original tags are still attached and you ship it back in the original packaging.

If you loved your item but something was just not right, we will be happy to exchange it. You can contact us for exchange within 100 days of receiving your purchase, however, to be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused with all tags still attached and in the same packaging that your received it in the first place. We produce very limited quantities, so hurry up before we run out of exchange items!

Inspection of your return can take up to 5 business days. However, upon approval of your return, we will issue the amount back to your original payment method right away. Depending on your bank and country of residence, refunds can take up to 10 business days to arrive.
Late or missing refunds
Still no money back? Sorry to hear you're still waiting! Please check with your credir card company and/or your bank whether everything is okay. If they couldn't help you, please contact us at payments@blondegonerogue.com and we'll take care of it.
