      Once we have received your return, we issue a refund to you. We refund you the full amount of your order but not the shipping fee.

      We ship all our products from the UK. This means that shipping orders to some countries outside the UK can result in customs/import fees (including shipping to the EU 😞). We can’t be held responsible for any fees your country may charge. We do declare all relevant customs information to the courier at the time of shipping to aid custom clearance.
